In this article, we’ll walk you through the steps to set up your Weekly Availabilities on ServeSpark so you can streamline your scheduling process and save valuable time.

Step 1: Accessing Availabilities

Access the left menu. From there, navigate to the “Schedule” section and click on “Availabilities.”

Step 2: Creating a New Availability

In the top-right corner of the Availabilities page, you’ll find the “New Availability” button. Click on it to initiate the creation of a new availability slot.

Step 3: Naming Your Availability

Now, it’s time to give your availability slot a friendly and descriptive name. This name will help you identify and manage your availability easily.

Step 4: Activating Your Availability

To make your availability slot active, check the designated box. This ensures that the slot is ready for scheduling.

Step 5: Selecting Service Type

Next, you’ll need to select the type of service you are offering. Choose between “One-time” or “Recurring” service, depending on your needs.

Step 6: Setting Weekly Availability

Now, it’s time to specify your weekly availability. Select the “Days” option to fill in the days of the week you are available. For each day, enter the start and end times when your services are available.

Step 7: Marking a Day as Closed

In some cases, you may want to mark a particular day as closed. To do this, simply tick the “Close” checkbox for the day in question. This ensures that you won’t receive any scheduling requests for that day.

Step 8: Saving Your Availability

Once you’ve configured your availability according to your preferences, click the “Save” button to confirm your settings.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully set up your Weekly Availabilities on ServeSpark. With this feature in place, you can effortlessly manage your scheduling and ensure that your services are offered at the right times.
